If USDTZAZ is informed that the Digital Assets or funds in your account have been stolen or that you are not the rightful owner, USDTZAZ may administratively freeze those funds and your account, though it is not obligated to do so. This freeze may remain in effect until the dispute is resolved and appropriate proof of resolution is provided to USDTZAZ. USDTZAZ will not take part in the dispute resolution and will not be liable for any freeze or inability to withdraw Digital Assets or funds during that period.

- Once closed, an inactive account cannot be reactivated; the user must register a new account to continue using the Services.
Intellectual Property
USDTZAZ is and will remain at all times the sole and rightful owner of all industrial property and copyright rights arising from the content, documents, images, trademarks, logos, patents, industrial designs, drawings, commercial notices, know-how, show-how, works, and any other type of information or assets found on or related to the Site and/or whose use and ownership are protected or governed by applicable law, including the Industrial Property Law (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”), and holds all necessary licenses and authorizations for their use, commercialization, and exploitation.
Therefore, the User and/or client agrees not to exploit, commercialize, copy, acquire, or otherwise use the Intellectual Property, nor to present themselves as owner, licensee, grantee, permit holder, or any other kind of entity or individual with a license, concession, permission, capacity, authority, right, or authorization to use it.
Use, browsing, entry, or visitation of the Site by Users and/or clients shall under no circumstances be interpreted as a license, concession, permission, authority, right, or authorization granted by USDTZAZ to exploit, commercialize, copy, acquire, or otherwise use the Intellectual Property. Should a license, concession, permission, authority, right, and/or authorization be granted to the User and/or client for the use of Industrial Property or if such grant can be interpreted, the User and/or client hereby: (i) waives any rights and benefits that may arise from such use, and (ii) agrees to compensate and repair any damage incurred by USDTZAZ, including reimbursing any legal costs USDTZAZ has paid in defending its rights and interests.
Service Policies
At USDTZAZ, our priority is to provide the best service supported by the highest quality standards, to the satisfaction of our clients and Users. To offer these services effectively, promptly, accurately, and efficiently, we have highly trained personnel to handle all User and/or client matters, inquiries, and questions.
USDTZAZ does not offer any guarantees for the services it provides, nor should this be interpreted otherwise. However, we are committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our Users and/or clients to build a close and personal relationship with them.
Confidentiality
Any information and/or documentation that Users and/or Clients provide, communicate, store, and/or in any way submit to USDTZAZ, whether through the Site or by any other means, shall be kept confidential. USDTZAZ agrees not to use or disclose such information and will treat it as confidential, except for the purposes and uses established and detailed in the Privacy Notice made available on the Site.
Liability
USDTZAZ makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Services, materials, or other elements provided by or on behalf of USDTZAZ, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. USDTZAZ does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or error/virus-free nature of the website, the Services, or the materials. Furthermore, it does not guarantee the execution, acceptance, recording, or maintenance of orders.
USDTZAZ shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from inaccurate price data, data transmission errors, service interruptions, actions of other users or third parties, and more. The disclaimer of implied warranties may not apply if prohibited by law in the user's jurisdiction.
USDTZAZ, its affiliates, shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, vendors, or contractors shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or similar damages arising out of the Services, performance or non-performance of the Services, or other products, services, or elements provided by or on behalf of USDTZAZ and its affiliates. This includes lost data, information, revenue, profits, or other business or financial benefits. USDTZAZ’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to USDTZAZ under these Terms during the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. However, this limitation shall not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or intentional violation of the law by USDTZAZ. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in your case.
Therefore, Users and/or clients must indemnify and hold harmless USDTZAZ, its shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, managers, employees, consultants, lawyers, legal representatives, and/or any other person related to USDTZAZ from any liability that may arise in connection with the Site, the services provided, or the documents made available.
Interpretation and Dispute Resolution
For the correct interpretation and application of this agreement, both parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City. They expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply to them due to their current or future domicile.
Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions—including their formation, validity, interpretation, execution, breach, termination, and non-contractual claims—shall first be submitted to mediation at the Alternative Justice Center of Mexico City and, ultimately, to the jurisdiction of the aforementioned courts. This choice of jurisdiction does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, even if any provision is deemed null, illegal, or unenforceable.
