In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), USDTZAZ provides this Privacy Notice to inform you of how your personal and sensitive personal data are used, stored, and, if applicable, transmitted when accessing our website https://www.usdtzaz.com. This is to guarantee the privacy of this information and the right to informational self-determination of individuals.
Therefore, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, fairness, proportionality, and accountability regarding personal data set forth in the Law, USDTZAZ establishes in this Privacy Notice the terms and conditions under which, by using our websites, web applications, and/or mobile applications, you acknowledge and agree that USDTZAZ will process the personal and sensitive personal data that you provide on our platform as set forth in this comprehensive Privacy Notice.
Purposes and Use of Processing Your Personal Data, Including Sensitive Personal Data
USDTZAZ will use your personal data and the information you provide for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for providing the services USDTZAZ offers through the use of its web platform:
- Establish and manage the user account to provide access to services.
- Maintain contact with the user to ensure the continuity of the requested services and resolve any doubts.
- Verify the user's identity with the National Electoral Institute and comply with relevant legal requirements.
- Respond to inquiries and clarifications related to the website.
- Comply with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegally Obtained Resources and other legal requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complaints or claims made by users.
- Fulfill the requirements of competent authorities.
- Identify and prevent fraud and illegal activities.
- Contact the user via phone, emails, messages, and other communication methods.
- Determine the user's geographic location to offer personalized content and benefits.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of the services provided.
- Protect electronic networks and communications to safeguard user information.
Additionally, your personal data will be used for the following secondary purposes, which allow us to offer better service:
- Provide services, contact you, and organize marketing, advertising, and commercial events, as well as communicate promotions, discounts, or services available.
- Notify you of changes and updates to the terms and conditions of the services you have contracted.
- Comply with obligations towards judicial or administrative authorities, including audits or inspections.

USDTZAZ does not collect sensitive personal data, which is understood as data that could reveal racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference, as defined by Article 3, Section VI of the Law. However, if sensitive data is provided by mistake or at the user's discretion, they will be processed in accordance with Article 9, only with the explicit consent of the data subject and under enhanced security measures.
Type of Information Collected
USDTZAZ will collect your data in two ways: (i) through registration for account creation and (ii) through registration in our contact form, where we mainly ask for:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Official identification (Passport/INE)
- Proof of address
By using any of our services and continuing to access our websites, web application, and/or mobile applications, you agree with the content of this privacy notice and give informed consent for USDTZAZ to use your personal data, including sensitive personal data, for the purposes of identifying you as a signatory and for the creation of your advanced electronic signature via USDTZAZ's platform to electronically sign documents that you are a party to.
Protection of Information
The information obtained by USDTZAZ through its websites and/or web application and/or mobile applications is protected by physical, technological, and administrative security measures, always ensuring the protection and privacy of user and/or customer information. However, USDTZAZ cannot guarantee the protection of your personal data in the event of issues with internet connections or failures in user and/or customer devices, which are their responsibility. Despite having sufficient security infrastructure, there may be vulnerabilities outside of USDTZAZ's control, the risks of which are assumed by the user and/or customer.
The user and/or customer are solely responsible for keeping their dynamic private key (OTP) for using the electronic signature provided by USDTZAZ, as well as their username, email, and, where applicable, password used to create their account and access USDTZAZ.
USDTZAZ is not responsible for the misuse of information, its transmission to third parties, or negligence in using information such as username, email, password, and/or dynamic private key for accessing USDTZAZ services.
Only authorized USDTZAZ personnel, who have met confidentiality requirements, will process your personal data. USDTZAZ has confidentiality agreements with authorized personnel, and it is the responsibility of USDTZAZ to ensure that the data is handled properly. Authorized personnel are prohibited from allowing unauthorized access or transmitting personal data for purposes other than those outlined in this Privacy Notice.
Confidentiality of Information
USDTZAZ is committed to not sharing confidential information and/or personal data provided by users or customers with any third parties, except with the express consent of the data subject.
Despite its policy of not disclosing user or customer information, USDTZAZ reserves the right to disclose your information when ordered by judicial or administrative authority, or in cases involving malicious users of the website, web application, or mobile applications.
Therefore, users agree that this Privacy Notice does not apply to information that users voluntarily provide when communicating with other people via electronic correspondence, chats, or similar activities. It is the responsibility of users and/or customers to determine what information and personal data they disclose when engaging in such activities.
USDTZAZ is not responsible for personal data or information that users and/or customers share with third parties who may have promotions or links to their own registrations.
Transfer of Personal Data
USDTZAZ informs you that your personal data may be transferred to judicial or administrative authorities as required by applicable law, in cases where the transfer:
- Is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of public interest or for the administration of justice;
- Involves the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in judicial processes;
- Requires disclosure to companies that are affiliates or subsidiaries of USDTZAZ and follow the same internal processes and regulations.
Personal data will only be transferred to third parties, outside of the previously mentioned cases, under the following circumstances:

- When the data is publicly available by law.
USDTZAZ may transfer personal data to third parties related to USDTZAZ either commercially or contractually, if necessary for fulfilling the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice. In this case, the third parties will assume the same obligations and responsibilities as USDTZAZ.
ARCO Rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and/or opposition (ARCO), as provided by the Law, by contacting the data protection officer of USDTZAZ at the address or email mentioned above.
- Access and Rectification: You may request to know what personal data USDTZAZ holds and request corrections if any of the collected data is incorrect or incomplete.

Registering with the Public Registry to avoid advertising by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.
Requesting USDTZAZ to be placed on an “Exclusion List” to not receive information about our products and services.

The data protection officer ensures that personal data is handled in accordance with legal requirements. USDTZAZ ensures that the data is relevant, accurate, and updated, and cancels it when no longer necessary.

Acceptance of the Privacy Notice
