(hereinafter "USDTZAZ") discloses and makes available these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"), which aim, among other things, to regulate the use, navigation, transfer, exchange, and/or handling of information, documentation, images, inquiries, and/or any other type of content provided to Users (as defined below) and clients through the website https://www.usdtzaz.com, as well as each and every one of its sections (the "Website"), and/or through inquiries, posts, consultations, notifications, and/or notices, including those made personally, by postal mail, email, instant messaging services, postal services and specialized courier services, fax, and/or by telephone.
Acknowledgment of Content
By using, navigating, sharing, obtaining, and/or entering information and/or documentation on the Website, you, as the user of the Website and/or client of USDTZAZ (the "User"), acknowledge and declare that you are aware of the content, purpose, and commercial and legal scope of these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it will be understood that you agree to the Terms and Conditions for all purposes.
Accordingly, the User unconditionally agrees to be bound by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any documents, publications, or information that complement, add to, or modify them, in accordance with applicable legislation and other regulations related directly or indirectly to the services offered by USDTZAZ and those that have been previously offered, including the preparation, modification, revision, sale, purchase, and download of legal documents, as well as legal consulting and advisory services, among others.

Usage Restrictions
The User and/or client may not, under any circumstances, use the information and/or documentation obtained through the services or products received or purchased from USDTZAZ for unlawful purposes, against good morals, or in a manner that may affect public order. USDTZAZ is not and will not be responsible for any misuse of the information or documentation by the User and/or client related to the Website or USDTZAZ. Therefore, the User and/or client agrees to indemnify and hold USDTZAZ, its shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, managers, employees, advisors, lawyers, agents, representatives, and/or anyone else related to USDTZAZ harmless from any responsibility arising from such misuse, including any consequences that may result from it, as set forth in this paragraph.
The User acknowledges and agrees that USDTZAZ reserves the right to prohibit access to the Website at any time for any reason, at its sole discretion. In this regard, unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, the User may contact USDTZAZ to request clarification or send any comments related to the restriction or prohibition of use or navigation on the Website.
Services from Registration and Account Creation with USDTZAZ
To offer its services, USDTZAZ provides the option for the User to create an account, which offers a practical and effective solution for exchanging digital assets for traditional currencies (such as US dollars or euros) and vice versa. The accessibility of our services may vary based on location and is subject to change, substitution, or suspension at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
Additionally, we offer a variety of services, including:
- An exchange system linking transactions with available offers.
- Irreversible transactions once executed.
- Buy and sell digital assets with USDTZAZ.
- Account management with funds in specific currencies.
- Digital asset purchases using designated payment methods.
USDTZAZ is committed to making reasonable efforts to comply with applicable conversion rates. However, USDTZAZ acknowledges that delays in Purchase Orders may occur, such as delays due to the availability of digital assets or changes in fees and reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice in such cases.
When registering, information must be provided and will be processed according to our Privacy Notice. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when opening a USDTZAZ account and to update it promptly to maintain its integrity and accuracy.
Each User may maintain only one primary account at a time. The registration, use, protection, and management of commercial accounts will also be governed by the provisions of this clause.
By registering to use a USDTZAZ account, you declare and guarantee that:
- You are an individual over 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable laws.
- As an individual, legal entity, or other organization, you have full legal capacity and the necessary authorization to accept these terms.
- You have not been suspended or removed from the USDTZAZ Services Website.
- You do not have an active USDTZAZ account.
- You are not a resident nor located in a Restricted Location, nor acting on behalf of an individual or legal entity in such a location. "Restricted Locations" include, among others, the United States, Malaysia, Canada, and the Netherlands.
- If acting as an employee or representative of a legal entity, you have all necessary rights and authorizations to bind the legal entity and use the Platform and Services on its behalf.
- Your use of the Platform and Services will not violate applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and anti-terrorism financing laws.
Only the Registered User may use the USDTZAZ account. USDTZAZ reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel the use of accounts by people other than the Registered User. If unauthorized use of your account is detected, you must notify USDTZAZ immediately. USDTZAZ is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Identity Verification
By registering with USDTZAZ, you agree to provide the personal information necessary for identity verification. This information will be used to verify your identity, detect traces of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes, or for other legitimate purposes as established by USDTZAZ. The collection, use, and sharing of this information will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Additionally, you authorize us to retain this information for the period your account remains active and for up to five (5) years after its closure, in line with global industry standards for data storage. You also authorize us to conduct necessary investigations, either directly or through third parties, to verify your identity and protect us from financial crimes. The required information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email, contact details, phone number, government-issued identification, and date of birth. You guarantee that all the information provided is true and accurate.
After registration, you must ensure that your information remains true, complete, and updated in a timely manner. If it is found that the information provided is incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete, USDTZAZ reserves the right to request corrections, delete the relevant information, and, if necessary, terminate all or part of the services provided. If we are unable to contact you using the information provided, you will be responsible for any loss or expense incurred by USDTZAZ due to the use of the services. You are obliged to update your information in the event of any changes.
By registering an account, you authorize USDTZAZ to conduct investigations to verify your identity or protect you from fraud or other financial crimes. You also agree that your personal information may be disclosed to credit agencies and fraud prevention agencies in response to our investigations.
Account Security
USDTZAZ is committed to maintaining the security of funds and has implemented standard industry protection measures. However, individual user actions may pose risks. You agree to keep your access credentials (username and password) confidential and not disclose them to third parties. You also agree to be responsible for taking the necessary security measures to protect your account and personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, as well as for all transactions made under your account. USDTZAZ does not assume responsibility for any loss or consequences resulting from the authorized or unauthorized use of your account credentials. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Strictly adhere to USDTZAZ's security, authentication, trading, deposit, and withdrawal procedures.
- Log out at the end of each session.
- Immediately notify USDTZAZ of any unauthorized use of your account.
Restrictions and Prohibitions
By using the USDTZAZ Services, you agree to comply with the following provisions:
- All activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations, these Terms, and the Platform's guidelines.
- You must not engage in activities that are contrary to public interests, public morals, or the legitimate interests of others.
- You will not use the Services for market manipulation.
- Commercial use of USDTZAZ data is prohibited without written consent from USDTZAZ.
- You may not modify, replicate, duplicate, copy, download, store, transmit, disseminate, transfer, decompile, publish, delete, or alter any copyright statements without prior written consent from USDTZAZ.
USDTZAZ has the right to investigate any violation of these Terms and take necessary actions, including blocking and closing order requests, freezing your account, reporting to relevant authorities, publishing violations, and removing published information.
There are legal requirements in various countries that may limit the products and services that USDTZAZ can offer. As a result, some products, services, and features may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or for certain users. You are responsible for informing yourself and complying with the applicable restrictions and requirements. USDTZAZ operators reserve the right to change, modify, or impose additional restrictions on access and use of the Platform and Services at their sole discretion and without prior notice.
Account Cancellation
USDTZAZ has the right, but not the obligation, to immediately terminate these terms and close your USDTZAZ account in the following cases:
- USDTZAZ cancels services for you.
- You re-register or are presumed to have done so under another name with USDTZAZ, directly or indirectly.
- The information provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
- You refuse to accept modifications to these terms and request the cancellation of your USDTZAZ account or other services.
- You request the cancellation of USDTZAZ services.
- Other circumstances that USDTZAZ deems justified for canceling its services.
In the event of account cancellation, account information and transaction records will be securely retained for 5 years, in accordance with data retention regulations. If there are pending transactions at the time of cancellation, USDTZAZ may notify the counterparty at that time. Additionally, any user-initiated account closure will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation protocol.
If USDTZAZ is informed that Digital Assets or funds in your account have been stolen or that you are not the rightful owner, USDTZAZ may administratively block those funds and your account, without any obligation to do so. This block may remain until the dispute is resolved, and proper proof of resolution is provided to USDTZAZ. USDTZAZ will not participate in the resolution of the dispute and will not be responsible for the blocking or inability to withdraw Digital Assets or funds during this period.
Regarding the remaining balance after account cancellation:
- The account balance (including costs and liabilities) must be immediately paid to USDTZAZ.
- Users have 5 business days to withdraw all Digital Assets or funds from the account.
- In cases of cancellation due to fraud or legal violations, USDTZAZ will retain the Digital Assets, funds, and user data, which may be provided to governmental authorities.
- For inactive accounts, USDTZAZ may close open positions, transfer the account to an affiliate or external custodian, charge a monthly maintenance fee, or close the account without liability for losses, except in cases of fraud or misconduct.
- After closure, an inactive account cannot be reactivated, and the user must register a new account to continue using the Services.
Intellectual Property
USDTZAZ is and will always be the sole and legitimate owner of the intellectual property rights derived from the content, documentation, images, trademarks, logos, patents, industrial designs, drawings, trade notices, know-how, show-how, works, and any other type of information or assets related to the Site and/or whose use and ownership are protected or regulated by applicable law, including the Industrial Property Law (the "Intellectual Property"), at all times holding all necessary permits and authorizations for its use, marketing, and exploitation. Therefore, the User and/or client agrees not to exploit, market, copy, acquire, or otherwise use the Intellectual Property, nor to claim ownership, licensing rights, concession, permission, or any form of entity or individual with the license, concession, permission, ability, authority, right, or authorization to use it.
The use, navigation, entry, or visit of the User and/or client on the Site will not, under any circumstances, be considered as granting a license, concession, permission, authority, right, or authorization from USDTZAZ to the User and/or client to exploit, market, copy, acquire, or otherwise use the Intellectual Property. In case any license, concession, permission, authority, right, and/or authorization for the use of Industrial Property is granted to the User and/or client, or if this could be interpreted as such, the User and/or client, from this moment on, (i) waives any rights, benefits, or incentives that could be granted to them due to the use of the Intellectual Property, and (ii) agrees to compensate and repair any damages incurred by USDTZAZ in this regard, including reimbursing any amounts spent by USDTZAZ in defending its interests and rights.
Service Policies
At USDTZAZ, our priority is to provide the best service backed by the highest quality standards, to the satisfaction of our clients and Users. In order to provide the aforementioned services effectively, promptly, accurately, and efficiently, we have highly trained staff to handle all matters, inquiries, and questions from Users and/or clients.
USDTZAZ does not provide any guarantees for the services it offers, nor should it be interpreted otherwise. We commit to meeting the expectations of our Users and/or clients in order to exceed them and build a personal and close relationship with them.
Confidentiality
The information and/or documentation provided by Users and/or Clients, either through the Site or by any other communication means, will be treated as confidential. USDTZAZ commits not to use or disclose such information and to treat it as confidential, except for the purposes and uses established and detailed in the Privacy Notice available to Users and clients on the Site.
Liability
USDTZAZ makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Services, materials, or other elements presented by or on behalf of USDTZAZ, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, and non-infringement. USDTZAZ does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, absence of errors, viruses, or other harmful components of the website, Services, or materials. Additionally, USDTZAZ does not guarantee that orders will be executed, accepted, recorded, or maintained. USDTZAZ is not responsible for losses or damages related to inaccuracies in price data, errors in data transmission, service interruptions, actions by other users or third parties, among others. The waiver of implied warranties may not apply if prohibited by the law of the user's jurisdiction.
USDTZAZ, its affiliates, shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, suppliers, or contractors will not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or similar damages arising from the Services, performance or non-performance of the Services, or other products, services, or elements provided by or on behalf of USDTZAZ and its affiliates. This includes loss of data, information, income, profits, or other business or financial benefits. USDTZAZ's total liability will not exceed the amount of commissions paid to USDTZAZ under these terms during the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the liability claim. However, this limitation will not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or intentional breach of the law by USDTZAZ. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to your case.
As a result, Users and/or clients must indemnify and hold harmless USDTZAZ, its shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, managers, employees, advisors, lawyers, licensees, representatives, and/or any other person related to USDTZAZ, from any liability that may be attributed to them, as well as from any consequences related to the Site and the services rendered and documents made available to Users and/or clients.
Interpretation and Disputes
For the correct interpretation and application of this agreement, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City. They expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their current or future domicile. Any dispute, difference, or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions, including its formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, termination, and non-contractual claims, will first be submitted to mediation before the Center for Alternative Justice of Mexico City and, ultimately, to the jurisdiction of the aforementioned courts. This choice of jurisdiction will not affect the validity and applicability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions in the event that any of them is considered null, illegal, or unenforceable.

The User and/or client may, at any time, contact the USDTZAZ staff for any clarification, question, comment, and/or suggestion related to the services offered and provided by USDTZAZ, the information and documentation contained on the Site, the notices and notifications made to the Users and/or clients, as well as regarding these Terms and Conditions.
